And I had this day job you know...

I was working at this airline company in the customer information center and this was starting to take it´s toll on me and I hated my job. I hated to commute back and forth to work and be confronted with 200 unruly customers a day. I especially hated the fact that everyone seem to be making money online except me.

It was hard for me to break the cycle. And then it happened...

A little over six months ago, I discovered something that would change my life forever.

I Re-discovered affiliate marketing.

I was surfing on the net one day when I stumbled across a recommendation on a forum which I had visited. This guy said that affiliate marketing had all the hallmarks of an ultimate Internet business. No need for stock, no need for any capital, no customer service.

And since I was still working with a few MLM companies I was instantly pulled in and decided once more to check it out.

At first I thought that by just being an affiliate was going to guarantee my financial freedom. I thought that I would start profiting from day one and that I would make a killing overnight.

That was a total misconception.

Back in the day, when affiliates marketing was young I had tried my hand at it, but I didn´t know what I was doing. Of course I purchased a few guides (the popular ones at the time-maybe you have some as well) and followed the techniques to the letter, chose the affiliate programs that I wanted to promote and began to promote them. I used the same classic techniques I thought that everyone else used.

I tried everything - and nothing worked, nothing at all…So what happen? I dropped out… just as most affiliate marketers do. But now I´m back in the game...

But let me tell you that when I first started up again about a year ago I was back at square one and my dreams continued to evade me.

The idea of working from home, the vision of me supporting my family with ease, the fast cars, the expensive holidays... was slipping through my fingers once more.

At first I promoted my products through Google Adwords, which I must admit didn´t work well at the time.

why?... I didn´t have a clue about what I was doing.

And then I came in contact with a couple of “super affiliates” who really helped my game. By showing me how sometimes suddle changes in a campaign could work wonders. So I tried it but after a couple of days or so it didn´t seem to work so well, so out of frustration I decided screw you, turned my computer off and didn´t check my campaign for more than a week.

It just wasn´t as easy as everyone made it out to be.

This is a true story...

But when I received my first ClickBank check, that showed me the light!!!

What happened next hit me like a bolt of lightning- and the suddenly changed everything

After finally checking my ClickBank account I noticed that I hat I had actually made a profit of about $100 resulting from a few sales. Can you imaging the joy upon receiving my first check from ClickBank? from that moment on it was full steam aheeead!!!

And in that moment I felt that surge of hope returning for the first time since I first thought about making money online.

I couldn't believe it, but I had finally hit onto something. And I wanted to take advantage of it fast.

This marked a huge turning point in my online ventures, and I could really see the huge potential of online marketing. Eventually I had joined about 15 “guru” news letters which really exploded my online earnings. Within a few short weeks my earnings increased ten times over. That week was rocky and I was still learning the ropes. I did not make a fortune but that was not the point. I was getting somewhere-and that gave me hope. And all the success I owe to that one turning point.

I kept working and improving my skills and knowledge. Little by little my monthly income continued to rise.. about three months after my first profitable month, I brought in a profit of bout $800. that same campaign is still bringing in a steady $700-$900 profit every month depending on the time of year.

So what I did was to duplicate that process several times and have watched my income jump from $100 to $800 to $1000 to $5000 and in the process quit my day job...

It was all happening so fast for me.

With my newfound success, my confidence soared and I redoubled my efforts, launching more and more new affiliate promotions, using different methods to promote them. Again, my income increased.

I soon learned that the fastest way to profit is to copy that what is already working. I will return to this point later...

I began to network with other internet marketers, squeezing them for information and doing all that they told me to do.
